I have been in Ville Platte working for 4 months straight and my stay has been great. The owners make it their priority to take care of the guests. For example, our tv went out and we could not figure out what was going with it. So while we were at work they went out and bought a brand new bigger TV for our room and had it ready for when we returned. We recommended this motel to our coworkers and they were satisfied. Even other coworkers from other job sites. The rooms are spacious and comfy, cleaned every day, and for the cheap price you can not beat this place.

I am a cyclist crossing American from east to west. The front of the location looks abandoned, but the building in the back with other rooms looks much better. This is a budget motel and you get what you paid for. My rating is based on that. The rooms itself was old, but the bed and the floor was clean with no bugs. The shower needs to be replaced, some stains and old, but it works and has a good water. The refrigerator and microwave was dirty. The air conditioner works very good and the room was quite. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean.

I normally do not leave reviews, but I feel obligated to do so after reading past reviews. I can't speak on past management but I can for present and there seems to have been change made for the better. Me experience has been great. Spacious room, clean appliances, free high speed wifi, top of the line satellite TV with premium channels. I was able to check in at 530 am with out an rate up charge, and also I have to say the rates are rated at a great price also! There seems to of had been changes made so I can't speak for past users experiences but I can for the present day and I would recommend a stay if you're intown. Thanks BEST INN MOTEL, for accommodating my early check in needs !
